THE ONE WHO
NOTICES.
Mariana Caicedo brings a mix of analysis, creativity and a slightly unreasonable obsession with making things right.
Her background doesn’t fit neatly into one box — and that’s kind of the point. With a foundation in Economics and Finance, she learned to question what sits behind a decision: not only whether something works, but why it works, who it works for, and whether it actually makes sense.
Marketing gave that analytical side somewhere creative to go. Working across brands and businesses taught her that good ideas are rarely the problem. The harder part is knowing which ideas deserve attention, how to communicate them clearly, and how to turn them into something people genuinely connect with.
Before business became the focus, there was tennis. Years spent competing as an athlete shaped much of the way Mariana approaches work today: preparation matters, details matter, consistency matters — and talent means very little without discipline behind it.
That combination of worlds became a big part of how she sees brands. She notices the small inconsistencies people tend to overlook: the sentence that feels slightly off, the visual that doesn’t belong, the customer experience that almost works, or the strategy that looks good on paper but doesn’t make sense in real life.
She believes the strongest brands aren’t necessarily the loudest ones. They’re the ones where every decision feels intentional.
